नई दिल्ली। आमिर खान की फिल्म दंगल और सीक्रेट सुपरस्टार की एक्ट्रेस जायरा वसीम के बॉलीवुड छोड़ने के फैसले ने सभी को हैरान छोड़ दिया है. जायरा ने अपने इस फैसले का एलान सोशल मीडिया पर एक 6 पन्नों का लेटर पोस्ट करके किया. उन्होंने धर्म से भटकने की बात को फिल्मी दुनिया छोड़ने का कारण बताया. जायरा के फैसले से जहां लोग हैरान हैं वहीं नाराज भी हैं. बॉलीवुड इंडस्ट्री के कई स्टार्स उनको गलत ठहरा रहे हैं तो वहीं कई उनका सपोर्ट भी कर रहे हैं. इतना ही नहीं जायरा का ये फैसला फैंस के साथ-साथ राजनीतिक दलों के बीच भी चर्चा में है.
कांग्रेस और नेशनल कांफ्रेस के कुछ नेताओं ने जायरा के फैसले को निजी करार देते हुए उनका सपोर्ट किया. वहीं शिव सेना की प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी ने इस मामले में अलग बयान दिया. प्रियंका ने कश्मीरी अलगाववादियों को जायरा के फैसले के पीछे जिम्मेदार ठहराया है. प्रियंका ने ट्विटर पर एक के बाद एक कई ट्वीट में कहा, ठीक है जायरा वसीम ने फिल्म इंडस्ट्री को छोड़ दिया और देश उन्हें आगे आने वाले समय के लिए शुभकामनाएं देता है. लेकिन इसके लिए धर्म को जिम्मेदार ठहराना गलत है. हिंदी सिनेमा में उन्हीं के धर्म की कई अदाकाराएं रही हैं, जिन्होंने अपनी अलग पहचान बनाकर सभी को गर्वित किया है. ऐसे में जायरा का धर्म के नाम पर फिल्म इंडस्ट्री को छोड़ना गलत है.

प्रियंका ने जायरा के फिल्म छोड़ने के पीछे कश्मीरी अलगाववादियों की धमकी को लेकर शक जताया. प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी ने इंडिया टुडे की एक पुरानी रिपोर्ट ट्वीट कर लिखा, “जो लोग नुसरत के फतवे से जायरा की तुलना कर रहे हैं, वो याद रखें कि जब से जायरा ने हिंदी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में कदम रखा है तभी से वो लगातार कश्मीरी हार्ड लाइनर्स के निशाने पर बनी हुई हैं.”
बता दें कि इंडिया टुडे की जिस रिपोर्ट को प्रियंका ने शेयर किया है उसमें बताया गया है कि कैसे जायरा वसीम कश्मीर की चौथी युवा लड़की हैं जिन्हें कश्मीरी हार्ड लाइनर्स से धमकियां मिलीं. जायरा से पहले एक रॉक बैंड में साथ काम करने वाली कश्मीर की तीन लड़कियों ने अपने खिलाफ फतवे जारी होने और लोगों की आलोचना और धमकियों को पाने के बाद अपने म्यूजिक करियर को अलिवदा कह दिया था.

Please practise your faith, if it is your calling, but do not use it to make your religion sound intolerant to career choices, which it clearly isn’t. This actually does a huge disservice to her religion & reinforces the narrative about Islam being intolerant.
याद दिला दें कि कुछ समय पहले जब जायरा वसीम, जम्मू कश्मीर की मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ्ती से मिली थीं तो कई लोकल लोगों ने उनकी आलोचना की थी. इसके बाद बॉलीवुड के अलावा कई और स्टार्स ने जायरा का सपोर्ट किया था. हालांकि बाद में जायरा ने अपनी इस मुलाकात के लिए माफीनामा जारी किया था.
प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी ने यह भी लिखा कि अपने धर्म के साथ रहो, लेकिन इसका इस्तेमाल ये कहने के लिए ना करो कि ये धर्म करियर के विरोध में है. ये आपके धर्म का बड़ा अपमान है.
वैसे जायरा ने बॉलीवुड छोड़ने के फैसले को लेकर कह चुकी हैं कि वो अपने करियर से खुश थीं, लेकिन अपनी नई जिंदगी को जीने में मुश्किल हो रही थी. इसके साथ ही वे अपने धर्म से भी दूर होती जा रही थीं. उन्होंने लिखा कि वो अब अपनी जिंदगी इंडस्ट्री से दूर जीना चाहती हैं जहां उनके ईमान का कोई नुकसान ना हो.
